As a Bakery Supervisor / Production Supervisor at our central commissary, you will work shoulder to shoulder with our production team every single day. Keep Things Moving: Oversee daily production schedules and ensure output targets are met on time and to standard. Set the Standard: Monitor product quality at every stage and hold the team accountable to our towards perfection quality benchmark. Develop the Team: Coach, train, and support production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Stay Compliant: Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and workplace safety procedures across the floor. Document and Report: Track batch records, flag issues, and communicate updates to the Production Manager. Problem Solve: Identify bottlenecks, equipment concerns, or team issues and address them proactively. What You Bring Hands-On Leadership: You lead by doing, not by watching from the sidelines. Food Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment is required. People Skills: Proven ability to motivate, guide, and hold a team accountable in a high-output setting. Food Handler Certification: Required. Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for quality, consistency, and compliance. Physical Stamina: Comfortable working on your feet for the duration of a shift, lifting up to 50lbs, and working in varying temperatures. Bonus Points: Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety documentation. Why You'll Love It Here The Vibe: Great tunes and a team that likes working with each other. The Perks: Employee discounts (yes, the ice cream is that good). The Balance: Set shifts that respect your time. The Growth: We love to promote from within! The Details Location: 111 Strada Drive, Woodbridge, ON (Transit accessible + free on-site parking). Schedule: Full-time. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
