Location: Piper Creek Dental Choice Career Level: New Administrators welcome with Completion of Dental Administration Program Hours: Tuesday - 8am to 4pm Wednesday - 11am to 7pm Thursday - 9am to 5pm Friday - 8am to 4pm Qualifications: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Exceptional customer service skills Completion of Dental Administration Program Junior Dental Administrator Reponsiblities Greet and check-in patients, creating a warm and welcoming environment Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental software Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls promptly Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Process insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and reconcile EOBs Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts Send appointment reminders and follow-up communication to patients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area Assist with end-of-day reporting and deposit reconciliation Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations Why choose Dental Choice?
