Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the practice space. This role includes managing reception activities, scheduling and confirming bookings, maintaining records, and coordinating communication between aspirants, instructors, and external contacts. The Office Administrator will oversee office supplies and equipment, prepare basic correspondence and documentation, and support billing or registration processes as needed. The individual will also welcome visitors, respond to inquiries in a professional manner, and help maintain an organized, clean, and supportive environment aligned with the needs of NDEB® aspirants. Qualifications Ability to perform general Office Administration and Administrative Assistance tasks efficiently. Experience working with Office Equipment, including printers, scanners, and basic IT tools. Strong Communication skills for interacting with aspirants, instructors, and external partners. Proven Customer Service abilities in a professional, client-facing environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools). Ability to work on-site full time in Edmonton, AB, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in a dental, medical, or educational setting is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training in office administration is an advantage.
