Please note that this is a replacement job opening. This clinic is located in a community eligible for the Government of Canada’s Student Loan Forgiveness Program. Eligible Dental Hygienists may qualify for up to $15,000 in federal student loan forgiveness while building a fulfilling career in a welcoming and community-focused practice. YOUR ROLE: * Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care * Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients * Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling * Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour ABOUT YOU: * Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required * Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required * Valid CPR certification is required Application Information: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
