Who You Are You are a paralegal ready to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment. You thrive under pressure. The position is based in Toronto, with four days per week in the office (Monday-Thursday), Fridays will be remote. You will report to the Director, Legal. In this role, you will Be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing associate agreements using Ironclad, the company’s CLM; Draft termination letters for associate dentists; and Any other tasks that may be related to the above or assigned from time to time. We are looking for A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in a large in-house legal department is required. A strong attention to detail. A creative problem solver. A proven ability to work collaboratively with excellent judgment. Healthcare, regulated industry and/or highly acquisitive company experience is an asset. Bilingualism in French and English will be considered an asset.
