PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A REPLACEMENT JOB OPENING. YOUR ROLE: * Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression * Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps * Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records * Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations * Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts * Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments * Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner ABOUT YOU: * Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is required * Experience with dental software programs is required * Clinical background is considered an asset Application Information: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
