This is a unique 50% clinical / 50% patient care coordination role—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and loves working directly with patients. What You'll Do Assist with patient care and chairside procedures Support sterilization, impressions, and other clinical duties Float between clinical and administrative responsibilities Schedule appointments and support patient communication Assist with treatment coordination, billing, and insurance Help keep the day running smoothly from front to back What We're Looking For Level I Dental Assistant certification Previous Patient Care Coordinator experience required Strong dental knowledge and clinical confidence Comfortable working in both clinical and administrative areas Excellent communication and patient service skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action.
