About The Role As Lead Dentist, you’ll inspire and empower your team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Leading by example, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills to foster a positive team culture, support practice objectives, and ensure a seamless experience for every patient. Days available: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and alternate Saturdays. About The Practice For over 15 years, DB Dental Rockingham has proudly served the local community with a strong focus on patient care across all generations. Conveniently located within Woodbridge Shopping Centre, our welcoming practice offers general, cosmetic and paediatric dentistry, with a long-standing team and a loyal patient base. We are equipped with modern dental technology including OPG, iTero, and intra-oral cameras, supporting a high standard of diagnostics and treatment planning. Our friendly and collaborative team of professionals is committed to delivering exceptional care in a relaxed and supportive environment. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing dentist in Australia with current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance. Leadership experience and Invisalign proficiency are highly regarded.
