Derrig & Talbot est un entrepreneur général basé à Montréal, spécialisé en construction commerciale, médicale et dentaire. Nous recherchons un surintendant de chantier capable de prendre en charge des projets du démarrage jusqu’à la livraison finale. Responsabilités Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du chantier, de la mobilisation à la livraison finale. Coordonner les sous-traitants, spécialistes et corps de métier afin de respecter l’échéancier. S’assurer que les travaux sont exécutés conformément aux plans, devis et exigences contractuelles. Lire et interpréter les plans de construction commerciale. Résoudre rapidement les problèmes et maintenir la productivité du chantier. Maintenir un chantier sécuritaire, propre et bien organisé. Communiquer régulièrement avec les chargés de projet, les professionnels et les clients. Ce que nous offrons Rémunération concurrentielle selon l’expérience. Assurance collective et congés payés. Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en supervision de chantiers de construction commerciale. Expérience en projets médicaux, dentaires ou autres aménagements spécialisés, un atout important. Capacité démontrée à coordonner plusieurs sous-traitants simultanément. Excellente lecture de plans, devis et échéanciers. Connaissance du Code de construction du Québec et des pratiques de santé-sécurité. Permis de conduire valide. Maîtrise du français; anglais fonctionnel souhaité pour collaborer avec certains partenaires. Expérience avec Procore, Buildertrend ou un logiciel équivalent, un atout.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction supervision and the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints. Candidates must possess knowledge of the Quebec Construction Code and have a valid driver's license.
