Lead preconstruction from concept through buyout, personally preparing and managing estimates and cost plans tied to project budgets and pro formas. Direct the in-house architecture team and consultants, oversee procurement and design coordination, and ensure projects are ready for construction with complete drawings, budgets, schedules, and handovers.

Lead construction delivery from mobilization through commissioning, closeout, and turnover, managing schedules, costs, site safety, quality, contracts, trades, and the site team. Report project forecasts to the CEO, address schedule recovery, oversee warranty and deficiency closeout, and ensure effective handovers and lessons learned.

Maintain project files and records, organize trade, vendor, and purchase order documentation, and coordinate project information between office and field teams. Support project close-out, safety documentation, meetings, site office setup, onboarding, and improvements to administrative operations.
