As a Bilingual Customer Service Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to American retirement participants, helping them navigate their accounts, process transactions, and make informed decisions. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team while gaining valuable experience with US markets and fostering your growth in the financial services industry. Required Skills: Minimum of 3-4 years of customer service, administrative, or call center experience Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Experience in an in-office or hybrid work environment Proven ability to meet KPIs and handle high call volumes effectively Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and professionalism in dealing with diverse personalities Nice to Have Skills: Knowledge of 401(k) or pension plans (or Canadian equivalents) Basic understanding of financial services concepts Preferred Education and Experience: Post-secondary education with industry certification or equivalent work experience About Dexian: Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
