Job Title: Product Manager (Agentforce) Duration: 6 months (Contract to Hire) Location: Remote, Canada (Travel required to Montreal Office - 10% in a quarter) Overview: Product manager for agentic CX use cases. Owns value/viability of agents; writes prompts; kills non-ROI agents. AI delivery expectation: Use AI copilots/agents daily to accelerate discovery, build, test, and documentation. Optimize for cycle time and cost-to-outcome vs legacy delivery. Embed automation into quality gates. You remain accountable for production decisions. What You’ll Do Prioritize Agentforce backlog: case summary, partner FAQ, lead qual, doc retrieval. Write prompt templates, guardrails, eval datasets; test in sandbox before pilot. Partner with Data 360 engineer on RAG quality; track deflection, error, takeover rates. Treat agents as products with ROI, eval harnesses, and kill criteria — not demos. Require CI for prompt/action changes and weekly transcript quality reviews.
