Job Title: Wire Transfer Specialist Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion) Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background Wire processing background. 2–4 years of banking and financial institution experience. Prior experience working with different types of SLAs in a compliance-regulated environment. Great communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must. Summary of the Role The role involves processing high volumes of financial transactions (bank wires), managing shared inbox requests, performing accurate data processing, and supporting money movement operations while delivering service to Corporate, Commercial, and Small Business Banking in a fast-paced environment. Must-Have Hard Skills 2–4 years of banking/financial institution experience. Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new software. Prior experience with SLAs. Proficiency in MS 365, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Nice-to-Have Skills Bank wire processing experience. Requirements

Candidates should have 2–4 years of banking or financial institution experience, be comfortable learning new software, and have experience working with service-level agreements in a compliance-regulated environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with strong communication, accuracy, and attention to detail, is required; wire processing experience is preferred.
