DGA Careers is looking to grow our presence in Vancouver, and we're searching for someone who brings a strong network within the insurance industry, a natural ability to build relationships, and a genuine interest in recruitment. We're not necessarily looking for someone who has spent their career in recruiting. We're looking for someone who understands the insurance business, knows the players, and enjoys bringing people and opportunities together. What we're looking for A strong network within the BC insurance industry, particularly in the Vancouver market A solid understanding of the insurance landscape, including brokerages, insurers, MGAs, and industry partners Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and making connections A self motivated individual who is comfortable developing new business and building long term partnerships Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn Recruitment experience is an asset, but not essential if you bring the right industry background and relationships What the role looks like You'll be connecting with insurance professionals and organizations, helping clients find the talent they need while supporting candidates through important career decisions. This is a relationship driven business. You'll develop your own network of clients and candidates, identify opportunities, and work alongside an experienced team that understands the insurance industry. Why DGA Careers? Requirements
