SUMMARY: The Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs and industrial vending solutions at assigned customer locations. Acting as the primary field representative for DGI Supply, this role travels to multiple customer sites to replenish inventory, maintain vending equipment, perform inventory audits, and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships while ensuring inventory availability, equipment reliability, and data accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, interacting with customers, and spending the majority of their time in the field. The position is designed as a developmental role and provides a foundation for future advancement opportunities within APS Operations, Account Management, and Sales. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service & Relationship Management Follow all DGI Supply and customer safety requirements. Wear required PPE, including steel-toed footwear. Maintain a safe working environment while handling inventory and operating equipment. Customer Inventory Management Travel daily to assigned customer locations within the territory. Replenish VMI inventory and industrial vending machines according to customer requirements and established service schedules. Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure customer inventory is available and organized to support production requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact during onsite visits. Develop strong relationships with customer personnel and department leaders. Respond to inventory, service, and equipment concerns in a professional and timely manner. Communicate customer needs, opportunities, and concerns to internal sales and support teams. Deliver a high level of service that strengthens customer satisfaction and retention. Vending Equipment Support Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on vending machines and inventory management systems. Troubleshoot common equipment issues and coordinate escalation when required. Maintain equipment appearance, cleanliness, and functionality. Support customer employee setup, user access, and basic system administration. Route & Inventory Management Organize, load, and unload inventory required for daily customer visits. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and replenishment activities. Monitor reports and system alerts to proactively address issues. Ensure company vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional condition. Adhere to all company fleet and vehicle policies. Safety & Compliance Follow all DGI Supply and customer safety requirements. Wear required PPE, including steel-toed footwear. Maintain a safe working environment while handling inventory and operating equipment. Comply with all driving regulations and safety procedures. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must successfully complete the full Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) Hourly Wage: $24 per hour This is a part-time opportunity with 12 - 20 hours per week Required: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel to multiple customer locations daily. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Preferred: Experience with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. Experience with industrial vending systems or inventory management solutions. Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory environments. Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and repairs. Basic computer knowledge. What Success Looks Like Customer inventory remains accurate and readily available. Vending equipment maintains high uptime and reliability. Service visits are completed on time and according to schedule. Strong customer relationships are developed and maintained. Issues are resolved quickly and communicated effectively. Requirements

Strong customer service, organization, communication, independent work, and basic Microsoft Office skills are required; VMI, industrial vending, inventory, and equipment troubleshooting experience are preferred.
