Your role as an Independent In-Person EAP Provider Dialogue is looking for independent licensed professionals with an in-person practice in Canada to contribute to our mission of helping people improve their well-being. As a provider within our EAP network, you will have the opportunity to receive client case referrals as a complement to your current practice. Given that the referrals will be sent based on demand in your area, there is no guaranteed number of referrals. What You'll Be Doing Receiving client case referrals based on demand in your area Providing consultations using a short-term, solution and goal-focused approach to various clients consulting for different mental health-related topics Helping clients identify, understand, and overcome personal challenges and achieve their individual objectives Empowering clients to talk openly about their challenges and creating a judgment-free environment Assisting clients in finding external resources complementary to our services (if needed) We'd love to hear from you if you have University degree in a field related to counselling (e.g., psychology, social work, psychoeducation, career counselling, sexology, criminology) A professional license and a valid professional insurance Access to an office in Canada to provide in-person sessions Experience with or an interest in providing short-term counselling Experience providing intervention or coaching services to couples, families, or individuals aged 14 and older (an asset) A good knowledge of community resources (an asset) What We Can Offer A complement to your private practice and a way to diversify your clientele Flexibility to accept referrals based on your own schedule Simple case management with our secure online platform and easy payment A caring and responsive support team Exclusive Dialogue benefits throughout the duration of our collaboration
