Qualifications and Requirements: * An individual who is of Anishinaabe ancestry from the Robinson Superior Treaty area with an understanding of Anishinaabe history, culture, traditions, ceremonies and values are preferred. Must be a Highschool graduate. * Experience in business administration. * Experience with a Human Resources Information System preferably HRMS (Sage Software). * Ability to work flexible hours and travel as determined by the immediate Manager of Human Resources in relation to service requirements. * Must possess a Class “G” Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle. * Must complete a criminal records check satisfactory to Dilico.
