This includes, but is not limited to assistance with the overall management, supervision, direction and development of the Dilico Health & Wellness services in the alignment with the Agency’s Vision, Mission and Core Values. Qualifications and Requirements: * A diploma in Business Administration, Health or Nursing coupled with three (3) or more years' leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Completion of a university degree in Health, Nursing, Health Care Management, or related management field is preferred. * Familiarity with regional health services in the Thunder Bay area and medical software systems considered an asset. * Three (3) years or more of demonstrated ability to design, implement and manage health programs and services. * Knowledge of primary health care systems and primary care models is a must. * Candidates without the specific education qualifications, but who possess an appropriate combination of child welfare experience and other academic qualifications will also be considered. * Satisfactory Criminal Records Search. * Ability to work flexible hours and travel as determined by the Program Manager or Director of Health and Wellness in relation to service requirements. * Must possess a Class “G” Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle.
