About the Role: The CSW Instructor will facilitate and deliver curriculum to students enrolled in the Community Support worker - Educational Assistant & Mental Health program. This position will require dynamic online teaching, effective communication, and the ability to support diverse learners. This part time on-site role and has the potential to lead to future instructional opportunities, advancing your career in education. Start date - September 08, 2026 End date - Ongoing line Weekly Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday - 5:30pm to 9:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm Rate Range: $ 31 to $33 CAD Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive online instruction based on established curriculum. Create a supportive and inclusive online learning environment. Assess student progress through assignments, discussions, and assessments. Provide timely and constructive feedback to learners. Maintain student attendance, grading, and records as per institutional policies. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure program alignment and student success. Stay current with trends and best practices in education and online learning. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Assistant, or Education focused of Communication, Child Development, Mental Health and Life Span Development. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Educational Assistant or in a K–12 support role. Experience teaching or facilitating online learning is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with online teaching tools such as Microsoft Teams. TESL or ESL experience is an asset.
