Job Description Reporting to the Supervisor, the Payroll Clerk provides administrative support to the payroll team to help ensure employee records are accurate, up to date, and properly maintained. Responsibilities Enter and update employee records in payroll and time management systems; Process new hires, terminations, and employee administrative changes; Perform various administrative tasks related to payroll and employee benefits; Verify the accuracy of entered information and complete required follow-ups; File, scan, and manage payroll-related documentation; Respond to routine employee inquiries and follow up with managers as required; Provide administrative support to the payroll team to help ensure efficiency and compliance with deadlines. Qualifications Strong attention to detail, discretion, and accuracy; Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry; Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset; 1 to 2 years of payroll experience is considered an asset.
