Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by handling inquiries, calls, orders, quotations, and follow-ups, while identifying sales leads and opportunities to upsell. Provide product information and basic technical support, source products, and assist with purchasing, counter sales, shipping and receiving, returns, credits, and order troubleshooting as needed.
