As the company continues to grow its market presence across British Columbia, they are looking to add a high-performing Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand market share throughout the Lower Mainland. This is an opportunity to join a well-established industry leader with strong operational support, an excellent reputation in the market, and a large existing customer base—while still having the autonomy to hunt for new business and build your territory strategically. Position Overview The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing a territory across the Lower Mainland, developing relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and key industry stakeholders. This individual will focus on both account management and new business development while acting as a trusted advisor to customers in the residential and commercial roofing and exterior building materials space. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional with strong building materials distribution experience, a hunter mentality, and the ability to manage large accounts while identifying new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Territory & Account Management Manage and grow an established territory across the Lower Mainland Maintain and strengthen relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial accounts Conduct regular in-person customer visits and job site meetings Provide product recommendations, technical support, and solution-based selling Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory Expand market share by developing relationships with new contractors and customers Build strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in the construction and building materials industry Develop and execute territory growth plans Customer & Industry Relationships Represent the company professionally within the market Attend industry events, contractor meetings, and networking functions Become a trusted industry resource for customers and partners Support long-term customer retention and loyalty initiatives Territory Primary responsibility for the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia, including: Surrey Burnaby Abbotsford Chilliwack Qualifications Proven outside sales experience within building materials distribution, roofing, or construction supply Strong understanding of contractor sales and distribution environments Experience managing large accounts and developing new business opportunities Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building capabilities Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and driven to grow market share Existing relationships within the Lower Mainland construction or contractor market considered a strong asset Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ($90K-$110K depending on experience) Uncapped commission/incentive structure Company vehicle Benefits package Retirement savings program Opportunity for long-term growth within a highly respected organization
