Architect the Roadmap: Collaborate with internal and external teams to define project scope, establish goals, and maintain rigorous, detailed project plans from initial discovery to final delivery. Drive Momentum & KPIs: Monitor project progress, manage resource allocation, and present actionable status reports, issue resolutions, and success metrics to key executive stakeholders. Cross-Pollinate & Align: Work in lockstep with Product, Development, and Partner teams to track technical feature progress and oversee third-party onboarding alignment. Master the Communication Flow: Host engaging alignment meetings, establish robust communication plans, and clear blocking issues proactively to keep every project on schedule.
