Reference #: 008565 Location: Ottawa Type: Sub-contract Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Risk and Controls Consultant, Level 2, for one of our key clients. Consultant will work with the solution team in identifying risks and translating them into business requirements, business processes and operational controls. This posting is for an incorporated contract engagement and is not an employment position. Candidate MUST Have The Following A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability; More than three (3) years of experience on implementation of citizen facing public service solutions (social security, social services, taxation, customs, grants or similar) or banking/financial services; Experience with business process design, requirement gathering; and Experience preparing presentation materials and leading client discussions. Candidate Should Have The Following Demonstrated Experience Performing complex case management implementation (multi-year); Designing or implementing fraud, integrity or quality controls, compliance programs or similar; Performing business process transformation; Providing stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership skills; Working on a matrix environment and negotiating complex solution; and Performing risk management on a public service or financial services environment (risk assessment and mitigation strategies).
