Location New Westminster Campus Salary Range $61,824 to $72,081 annually. What It Takes Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized post-secondary institution. A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in international student immigration advising. Certification as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant ( RCIC ) or Certification as a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor ( RISIA ) ( RCIC is preferred). Must be in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council ( ICCRC ). An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. This full-time, regular position is available starting September 21, 2026 Hours of work will typically be scheduled Monday to Friday, between 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm This position is required to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs Shift days and times may change depending on operational needs Evening and occasional weekend work may be required. The position is located at the New Westminster campus; and will be required to work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations Douglas College is committed to supporting a healthy work/life balance for employees. A modified/flexible schedule and/or hybrid work from home arrangement may be considered, subject to the terms of the College’s Work From Home Policy

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in international student immigration advising. Must hold RCIC or RISIA certification and be in good standing with the ICCRC.
