Role Description The Install Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON, responsible for overseeing HVAC and plumbing installation projects from planning through completion. This role coordinates daily installation schedules, assigns tasks to installation teams, and ensures work meets safety standards, codes, and company quality expectations. The Install Manager monitors project progress, manages materials and equipment needs, and collaborates with operations and service teams to maintain efficient workflows. Regular responsibilities include supporting technicians in the field, resolving installation issues, and communicating status updates to customers and internal stakeholders. The role also involves coaching and mentoring team members, implementing best practices, and continuously improving installation processes to support customer satisfaction and company performance. Qualifications Ability to lead and support installation teams, demonstrating strong supervisory skills and team coordination. Focus on customer satisfaction, including responsive communication and commitment to high-quality service delivery. Experience with operations management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement in a trades or construction environment. Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with technicians, office staff, and customers. Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring technical staff to support skill development and consistent standards. Previous HVAC and/or plumbing installation experience, with knowledge of local codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Comfort using basic office and field software tools (e.g., scheduling systems, CRM, email, digital documentation). Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between job sites as needed. Relevant technical certification or trade license in HVAC or plumbing is an asset; management or leadership experience in a related field is preferred.
