Drayden Insurance Ltd. is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for an IBU Coordinator for our office, located in Ft. Saskatchewan, AB. What You Will Do - * Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology * Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients * Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients * Generate client referrals through community involvement and events * Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters * Make timely renewal calls for existing client business * Resolve client concerns * Develop existing client accounts * Meet sales and service goals * Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers * Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education * Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans What You Bring to the Team – * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * Completion of General License Level 1, or willingness to obtain prior to employment * 2+ years of industry experience * Experience using EPIC broker management system * Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills * Drive and motivation for personal growth * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail About Drayden Insurance Drayden Insurance was founded in 1965 and is named after the small towns in Alberta which it was formed - Drayton Valley and Holden. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma and a General License Level 1, or be willing to obtain one prior to employment. At least 2 years of industry experience and proficiency with the EPIC broker management system are required.
