Lead and perform the installation, repair, and maintenance of ship mechanical systems, ensuring work meets safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations. Supervise and develop employees, coordinate workforce and equipment needs, lead toolbox meetings, and document completed work.

Develop, calculate, review, and authenticate HVAC system designs and technical deliverables for marine projects, including system specifications, diagrams, calculations, and commissioning documentation. Support systems integration, vendor and regulatory compliance reviews, and project coordination through construction, installation, and commissioning.

Supervise and coordinate structural steel fabrication, fitting, welding, and installation work on vessels, ensuring compliance with drawings, quality requirements, safety policies, and production schedules. Lead and develop crews, coordinate work with other trades and departments, manage short-term resources and planning, and address production or quality issues.

Lead assigned Docking Work Periods from initiation through execution, client acceptance, turnover, and closeout, integrating scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and contractual requirements. Coordinate matrixed internal teams, government and naval stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors while monitoring performance, resolving issues, reporting status, and maintaining project documentation.

Build and grow customer relationships through consultative technical sales, identifying client challenges and proposing suitable solutions. Consistently prospect and meet with customers, manage sales activities and records in the CRM, negotiate and close deals, and participate in trade shows.

Create and update PCB layouts, footprints, and manufacturing output packages using Altium Designer, including complex multilayer boards and high-speed routing. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical design teams and manufacturing suppliers, and verify designs to resolve issues and support production.
