The professor is responsible for delivering Millwright courses using adult education principles and educational technologies. They must create a positive learning environment, develop relevant curriculum, and assess student achievement of learning outcomes. Candidates must hold a Certificate of Apprenticeship, Qualification, or Red Seal endorsement in Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) with at least five years of recent journeyperson experience. Teaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level is considered an asset.
