Job summary
As a Process Server, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by locating individuals and serving legal documents in a professional, timely, and compliant manner. You will be responsible for managing assigned service requests, conducting research, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional client service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while representing the organization with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities Review assignments and plan efficient routes for document service. Conduct research to locate and verify individuals for service. Serve legal documents, including court orders, subpoenas, notices, and other legal filings. Maintain accurate records of service attempts and completed services using company systems and mobile applications. Prepare, review, and sign affidavits of service and attempted service. Communicate effectively with individuals and third parties to support successful service outcomes. Execute stakeouts and develop strategies for difficult-to-serve individuals. Safely operate a company-provided vehicle while responding to assigned service requests and maintaining compliance with all driving policies. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Support team initiatives, process improvements, and departmental procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Demonstrate the Company's core values in all interactions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent problem-solving and investigative abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Adaptability and sound judgment in changing environments. Comfortable using mobile applications and technology for case management and recordkeeping. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate a company vehicle. Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas as required. Experience in process serving, legal services, investigations, or a related field is an asset.
