Job summary

Dynamix Agitators is looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Business Systems & Project Manager to help drive operational improvement across our business. This is not a pure IT role and not a pure manufacturing role. It is a practical, hands-on position for someone who can manage people through tasks, priorities, and project structure, while also helping improve the digital systems that support how we work. The top priority in this role is driving execution through people—assigning ownership, creating follow-through, and ensuring commitments are delivered across teams through disciplined project management. The second priority is business systems analysis, especially in digital workflows and internal process improvement. Experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments would be a major advantage. What you’ll do Lead cross-functional internal projects from planning through execution Translate business needs into clear tasks, workflows, timelines, and accountability Coordinate people and priorities across departments to keep projects moving Improve execution by creating structure, follow-up, and visibility around deliverables Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Help develop, optimize, and integrate digital systems across the company Support improvements in tools, workflows, reporting, and internal communication Work with leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure projects align with business goals Help bridge operational needs and system improvements in a practical, usable way Contribute to continuous improvement in a growing manufacturing business What we’re looking for Strong project management capability with proven ability to drive action and completion Experience coordinating teams, tasks, and deliverables across multiple functions Background in business systems analysis, process improvement, or systems implementation Comfort working with digital tools, business software, and workflow design Ability to turn broad goals into structured action plans Strong communication skills with the ability to push projects forward diplomatically Good judgment, follow-through, and a bias toward execution Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, engineering support, or production environments is a strong asset Experience with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, workflow tools, or systems integration is beneficial This role is a fit for someone who Naturally brings order to moving parts Can manage progress without needing a large formal team underneath them Knows how to keep people aligned, accountable, and moving Understands that systems only matter if they improve execution Wants to help build better operational structure inside a real-world manufacturing company Why join Dynamix Dynamix is a growing manufacturing business focused on engineered equipment and continuous improvement.
