We are looking for a Client Concierge to join our team for an 18-month contract with the potential for full-time empoyment. The Client Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional administrative and client support by serving as the first and primary point of contact for client communications and appointment scheduling. This role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desire to learn human resources / employment law principles definitely an asset. Qualifications At least three (3) years of experience in an administrative, client service, or coordination role preferred. Excellent written communication and email etiquette. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling appointments. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, etc.) Client-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
