Site Crew Member Full-time | Year-Round | Edmonton, AB Position Summary This is not a light-duty role. Show up. Work hard. See it through. Be someone your crew can depend on – everyday matters. What You’ll Do Work as part of a small, high-performing crew on active construction sites Support site setup and preparation by removing hazards and keeping work areas organized Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Operate equipment such as zoom booms and skid steers (as required) Assist carpenters, operators, and skill trades with day-to-day site needs Follow direction from Foremen and Site Supervisors to keep work moving Stay engaged, aware, and safety-focused in a fast-paced environment Contribute to a clean, organized, and productive job site What We Are Looking For Hard-working and reliable – shows up ready and follows through Team-oriented – works well with others and contributes to the crew Physically capable – handles demanding work without slowing the team down Positive attitude – willing to take direction and step in where needed Safety-aware – understands risks and works to prevent incidents Adaptable – can shift tasks and priorities as the job requires Requirements Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation Local to the Edmonton, AB area Minimum 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime Physically fit and able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Certified (or willing to obtain) First Aid, Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform Assets Experience in construction or precast concrete Equipment operating experience (zoom boom, skid steer) CSTS certification What Eagle Builders Offers Competitive wages based on experience, with regular evaluations 6% vacation and statutory holiday pay, health coverage, and wellness support Sundays off and a culture that values time with family Clothing program, fuel discounts, and employee events Clear training roadmaps and opportunities for growth We don’t succeed as individuals – we win as a team.
