Site Supervisor Full-time | Year-Round | Blackfalds, AB Position Summary This is leadership on the ground – where execution matters. As a Site Supervisor at Eagle Builders, you’re responsible for keeping projects moving – coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring every detail meets our standards. This role is for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and leads with confidence onsite. What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate daily site operations across multiple projects Build and maintain project schedules to keep work on track Manage sub-trades, suppliers, and deliveries Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec Communicate regularly with Project Managers and provide updates Identify and resolve issues before they impact progress Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship Keep documentation accurate and submitted on time Read and interpret drawings and communicate changes to crews Lead meetings with owners, trades, and internal teams Be available to support the site – including travel and after-hours coordination when required What We Are Looking For Strong leader – confident in managing crews, trades, and project flow Highly organized – keeps schedules, people, and priorities aligned Proactive problem-solver – anticipates issues and acts early Detail-focused – ensures quality and accuracy across all work Accountable – takes ownership of site performance and results Communicator – keeps teams informed and projects moving Requirements Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment Valid Class 5 license and acceptable driver’s abstract Available to work away from home Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays Minimum 44-50 hours per week, with overtime as required Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position Physically able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong understanding of the construction process from layout to finish Valid safety certifications (LSE, First Aid, Fall Protection, AWP) Proficient with computers and ability to learn new software Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills Proven commitment to safety and quality standards Assets Experience in precast concrete construction Hands-on background across different construction scopes Experience with Procore or similar project management tools Experience building schedules using MS Project or similar software What Eagle Builders Offers Competitive wages based on experience, with regular evaluations 6% vacation and statutory holiday pay, health coverage, and wellness support Sundays off and a culture that values time with family Clothing program, fuel discounts, and employee events Clear training roadmaps and opportunities for growth Join a team built on collaboration, grit, and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
