Job summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated cook with strong leadership potential to join our kitchen team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, committed to excellence, and eager to grow into a future leadership role. As an Experienced Cook, you will: Support daily kitchen operations and develop leadership skills. Work closely with kitchen leaders to ensure smooth execution, while receiving coaching and mentorship to prepare for future management opportunities. Maintain high culinary standards. Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, while learning the fundamentals of food ordering, cost control, and team oversight. Be a reliable problem solver and team contributor. Use your communication and multitasking skills to support the team and begin stepping into responsibilities beyond the line. Demonstrate a guest-first mindset. Show your dedication to the guest experience through precision in execution, attention to detail, and pride in your craft. Contribute to a positive team culture. Help foster a collaborative, supportive kitchen environment and build the foundation for your future as a leader.
