What You’ll Do: Lead & Serve: Work 1–2 shift management shifts per week while continuing to serve, balancing operational leadership with high-level guest hospitality. Deliver Hospitality: Create genuine, authentic connections with guests and showcase strong menu, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge. Coach & Support: Mentor team members, assist with daily operations, and maintain a high-energy, positive floor presence. What We Need From You: Experience: 3+ years of restaurant experience (prior exposure to leadership or floor coordination is a bonus, but not required!). Availability: Weekend availability and the flexibility to work closing shifts is a bonus. Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate and speak passionately about wine, beer, and cocktails during the interview. Commitment: A strong commitment to complete our 3-month training program and grow into a key leader on our team.
