Retail Store Manager Eastlink Designated Office Eastlink Retail Store 120 Columbus Dr, Carbonear NL A1Y 1B3 Responsibilities: As a store manager, you will oversee all aspects of Store Management (recruiting, hiring, performance management, Sales objectives, etc.) You will mentor and motivate the team by delivering incredible customer experience while driving sales goals; You will take the lead in bringing the Eastlink brand to life with the launch of the new location and help the team become brand ambassadors; You will bring a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to running your store; You have a passion to drive performance and thrive in an exciting environment; You understand accountability in all its forms, and you are motivated by it; You will be given the opportunity to work with all our products.
