Its vision is to offer everyday Canadians a path to a better financial future, starting today. Role Description The Financial Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This position is responsible for engaging with customers in person, assessing their financial needs, and recommending appropriate lending products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include explaining loan options, processing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, meeting sales and service targets, and contributing to branch-level performance. The representative collaborates with team members to deliver a positive customer experience and promote easyfinancial’s products and services within the local community. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Services to understand lending products, credit assessments, and regulatory requirements. Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to explain complex financial information clearly and support customers with empathy and professionalism. Demonstrated Sales abilities to identify customer needs, present solutions, and achieve or exceed performance targets. Previous experience in retail banking, lending, or consumer finance is an asset. Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple customer interactions, and maintain accuracy in documentation. Comfort with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage. Fluency in English; French language skills are highly beneficial for serving the local community in Montreal, QC.
