Role Description The Junior Sales & Administrative Support team member provides day-to-day assistance to the sales team while supporting general office administration. This is an entry-level position suited to someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with customers, and interested in developing experience in sales and business operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate information, preparing sales documents, responding to routine inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and helping the office operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Direct inquiries to the appropriate salesperson or department. Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales documents. Enter and update customer, prospect, and opportunity information in the company’s tracking system. Maintain organized records of quotes, correspondence, and sales documentation. Help prepare product information, pricing sheets, and promotional materials. Coordinate with operations, finance, or other departments regarding order details, availability, and delivery information. Prepare routine sales reports and update spreadsheets. Support customer onboarding and account setup. Assist with trade shows, customer events, presentations, and sales meetings. Conduct basic online research on potential customers, markets, or competitors when requested. Maintain professional and helpful communication with customers. Administrative Support Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentation materials. Take meeting notes and record assigned follow-up items when requested. Maintain electronic filing systems. Enter, review, and update information in company spreadsheets and databases. Prepare letters, forms, reports, and other routine documents. Maintain office templates, contact lists, and administrative records. Scan, copy, file, and organize documents. Follow up internally to collect missing documents or information. Provide general administrative assistance to managers and team members. Qualifications College certificate or diploma in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related area Previous office, retail, customer-service, or administrative experience is an asset . Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and word-processing software. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software. Willingness and ability to learn new systems and procedures. Working Conditions Employment type: Full-time Location: Office Working hours: 8:30-5:30 Occasional schedule flexibility may be required for customer meetings, company events, or business needs.
