Integrity Accountability Dependability Perseverance As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead, you are responsible for leading a landscape maintenance crew day-to-day and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard. You will help with training and guiding new team members while overseeing your own truck, tools and equipment. As well as be representing the company on-site and interacting with customers from time to time. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a 2-4+ person crew efficiently Manage and accurately complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and submitting receipts Landscape and snow removal tasks as required using standard industry equipment Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, garden maintenance, hedge trimming (if required during season changeover or dry periods) Site clean-up and debris removal Snow and ice removal Daily equipment care and organization Following systems and schedules accurately Maintain a strong preference to continuously improve yourself, your crew and the work you are responsible for Operate a wheel loader + truck and trailer Troubleshoot small equipment issues and repair Train less experienced staff on industry knowledge + specific company standards Conduct site checks before leaving to ensure high quality service Conduct regular equipment inspections, ensuring you are well stocked, clean and damage free Maintain positive, professional and friendly relationships with clients Role Requirements Ability to safely and properly operate all snow removal equipment including wheel loaders Clean, valid and insurable driver license Ability to drive a truck and trailer Minimum 2+ years in the landscape and snow removal industry Minimum 2+ years experience training less experienced staff Availability and willingness to be on-call through the Winter season, 7 days a week Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly wage + production bonus, reviews bonuses and more $40/hour during Winter season This is a year round position and requires an individual committed to growth at their next career step Extended Health Benefits package Vehicle / Tablet 4 day work weeks, 3 day weekends Opportunity for Growth into Territory Manager Feel free to also visit our website and social media pages to learn more about us!
