We specialize in strata and commercial maintenance & Snow Removal, delivering consistent, high-quality service across the entire Lower Mainland. We are not a typical landscaping company. We are building a scalable, process driven operation with strong leadership, accountability, industry leading organization plus tech and clear standards. Integrity - Accountability - Dependability - Perseverance As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally across multiple sites daily. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role with high standards. Key Responsibilities Lawn mowing, trimming, edging Garden bed maintenance and clean-ups Hedge trimming and pruning Site clean-up and debris removal Snow and ice removal Daily equipment care and organization Following systems and schedules accurately Role Requirements Minimum 1+ year experience in landscape maintenance Class 5 driver’s license (preferred, not required) Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions Ability to work efficiently and independently Willingness to learn and improve Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly wage + production bonus, reviews bonuses and more. $40/hour during Winter season Extended Health Benefits package 4 day work weeks, 3 day weekends Opportunity for Growth into Crew Lead role Feel free to also visit our website and social media pages to learn more about us!
