In this role, you will work closely with Accounting and other departments to collect and clean data, build reports and dashboards, automate repetitive work, and develop tools that support better financial and operational decision-making. What You'll Do Build dashboards and reports that help leaders make informed business decisions. Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to improve reporting accuracy. Use Power BI, SQL, AI, and automation tools to solve business challenges. Support financial planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work. Collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver data-driven solutions. Support users with reporting tools, dashboards, and continuous improvements. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Approximately two years of experience in a business analytics, data analytics, reporting, or similar environment. Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and Python integration. Strong SQL skills and experience creating queries, scripts, or analytical tools. Experience with Python or C#, or the ability to use these languages to support reporting and automation. Practical experience using AI tools for analysis or reporting, such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features, or AI-assisted Excel. Experience building financial models, forecasts, or business plans, or a strong interest in developing these skills. Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple initiatives, organize competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
