Explore more about us and watch the WHO WE ARE video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFxhN1hxLQI or visit our website https://edonmgmt.com/ Major Responsibilities Perform daily building operations tasks such as regular building maintenance, building repairs, and ensuring preventive maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with Edon’s Preventive Maintenance Program Respond to tenant service requests and emergencies in a timely manner while maintaining good client relations Monitor and liaise with maintenance staff and subcontractors while they are on-site As per contract requirements, conduct regular building surveillance tours/inspections to look for and identify building concerns, inspect equipment for safe operation and proper maintenance, review logs, identify opportunities, and ensure that there are no building operational abnormalities or inefficiencies Ensure site log books and administrative records are maintained and up to date as per Edon’s Quality Management System and as required by law/legislation Portray a favourable image of the organization while liaising with and addressing client issues and concerns Experience & Qualifications Minimum of two years hands-on building operations experience, preferably in a commercial building environment Demonstrated ability to operate a heating plant up to 750 kW Excellent knowledge of building systems Experience with computer programs (MS Word and Excel) Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Strong customer care and communication skills Strong leadership skills, specifically in the area of directing subcontractors and trades workers Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract Owns basic hand tools to perform building repairs Competitive Compensation Package Includes Competitive Salary Mileage Reimbursement

Requirements
Requires a minimum of two years of hands-on building operations experience and the ability to operate a heating plant up to 750 kW. Must possess a valid driver's license, basic hand tools, and proficiency in CMMS and MS Office.
