Job Description We are looking for a motivated Civil Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in water management projects and at least 5 years of experience in management and related design work. Develop, manage, and maintain the project’s Civil 3D content library, including templates, setup files, styles, assemblies, catalogs, and part lists; enforce consistent usage across teams. Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and refinement of Civil 3D content to ensure it aligns with project requirements and updates to the platform. Continuously enhance the Civil 3D content library in line with project requirements across design phases, construction, procurement, and operations. Optimize all Civil 3D content for model performance, coordination efficiency, and compliance with industry and project standards. Collaborate with the Design and Engineering Program Lead to implement, monitor, and update the Civil 3D Execution Plan (C3EP). Conduct quality assurance reviews of models and drawings to ensure accurate usage of approved standard content and compliance with project requirements, and Other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Civil 3D content creation role. Expert-level proficiency in Civil 3D object styles and assemblies. Familiarity with related design software (e.g., AutoCAD). Experience developing Civil 3D content for large-scale, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. Excellent understanding of Civil 3D principles, industry standards, and data management practices.
