Job Overview As part of an interdisciplinary team the LPN will provide a comprehensive assessment of clients with mental health and addictions related issues and provide treatment management, guidance and prescribe medications in accordance with the statutory and regulatory standards. The LPN provides nursing care to clients, administers medications in accordance with organizational and pharmaceutical policies and procedures, and provides support to the Nursing Team and Physician as directed. The LPN supports its clients in recovery in a myriad of practical and therapeutic ways including: supporting recovery strategies, assisting with client needs, listening empathetically, and more. The LPN will be required to work all shifts, which includes days, nights and weekends. Some duties include and are not limited to: Provide first aid as needed and refer patients to medical care as the Clinical Team deems necessary Responsible for patient Detox scales as per Pharmacotherapy & Detox policies. The LPN provides comprehensive assessments, treatment management, and medication administration for clients with mental health and addiction issues. They deliver direct bedside care and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support patient recovery strategies.

Candidates must hold a current LPN license in good standing and a valid First Aid/CPR Level C certification. Additional requirements include a valid Class 5 Driver's License, a negative TB test, and a clean criminal record check.
