Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive to join our finance team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization. Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Invoicing and Billing: Generate and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients. Manage accounts receivable to monitor and follow up on outstanding payments. Expense Management: Process and reconcile company expenses, verifying receipts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions and identify discrepancies. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries for management, providing insights into the financial health of the organization. Budgeting Support: Collaborate with the finance team to provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities, including analyzing variances and providing explanations. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns and other related documentation. Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Skills Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles. Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in managing financial records and conducting financial analyses. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
