Job Description Drive and operate the tractor and pneumatic trailer to load, unload, or disperse materials as required by the Element logistics dispatch team. Follow all applicable DOT rules and regulations and hours of service. Ability to haul over-dimensional heavy loads would be an asset. Various Responsibilities Knowledge of tools and parts required on the unit for inventory and maintenance purposes Know where the sight glasses, check points and fill points are including grease points Complete understanding of Air Can procedures Fall protection requirement including pre-use inspection, proper fit and use the fall arrest harness and equipment Completion of loading tickets Loading the unit adhering to allowable weights per axle Train and mentor less experienced co-workers as required Perform pre and post trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety and roadworthiness Attend pre-job safety meetings Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation, driver’s hours of service, occupational health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods, fatigue management Maneuver equipment following appropriate hand signals. Maintain driver logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status. Maintains effective communication with co-workers Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of industry and prior experience an asset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of truck and equipment safety Knowledge of equipment maintenance Strong oral and written communication abilities High level of personal integrity Strong work ethic 14 days on followed by 7 days off (14/7) rotation schedule Valid Class 1 driver license with satisfactory driving abstract Valid H2S & First Aid Certifications Location: Operations Base, Red Deer, AB Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off Salary: to be determined Start date: to be determined Element Technical Services thanks all those who apply to the position and for their continued interest in seeking employment with our company, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Requirements

Must possess a valid Class 1 driver license with a satisfactory abstract and valid H2S and First Aid certifications. Prior industry experience and the ability to work a 14/7 rotation schedule are required.
