The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working at heights, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to deliver exceptional results on commercial and residential high-rise buildings. Key Responsibilities Perform exterior window cleaning on high‑rise buildings using rope access, swing stage, and/or bosun chair methods Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements Inspect, maintain, and prepare cleaning equipment and rigging gear Communicate effectively with site supervisors and building management Ensure high-quality cleaning standards and client satisfaction Maintain awareness of weather conditions and job site hazards Qualifications Minimum 1–3 years of high-rise window cleaning experience Proficiency with rope access and/or suspended access systems Valid certifications (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT, Working at Heights, Fall Arrest) — preferred but not always required Strong physical fitness and comfort working at extreme heights Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for training and certification upgrades Seasonal work with winter off Supportive team environment High-quality equipment and safety gear provided
