About the role: Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources (HR) department for Central Services. Working a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off, come experience what work life balance is all about! \n Benefits: * Two Annual Bonus Plans * Comprehensive Benefits Plan * Retirement Package * Health Lifestyle Account In this role you will: * Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies * Support the new hire onboarding process by coordinating orientation activities, facilitating employee sign-on documentation, and system updates * Maintain, update, and ensure data integrity within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), generating regular reports and analytics to support strategic decision-makingPartner with the HR team to resolve employee inquiries and support engagement initiatives * Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and other departments as required maintaining databases and personnel files, accurately and in compliance with appliable legislation * Collaborate with leaders and the HR team to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience. * Perform other responsibilities as they arise Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma * Minimum two years experience in an administrative capacity * Strong attention to detail, organization, and data management skills * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite®; experience with HRIS or data systems is an asset. * Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. * Ability to professionally manage confidential information * Previous experience in an HR capacity is an asset * Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent \n SALARY RANGE: 59,000 - 70,000 CAD /YEAR The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity. Requirements
