Elmer’s started as a small farm business in 1978 and has grown from building row crop cultivators to an extensive and diversified group of equipment lines for any size farming operation. Plan and execute trade shows, customer and dealer events, internal meetings, and factory visits, managing logistics, design, budgets, and on-site delivery. Create email campaigns, coordinate event promotion, manage promotional materials and customer care packages, and track leads and results to improve customer engagement.

Lead daily production flow across CNC laser, brake, and machining operations by coordinating labor, machine capacity, and material flow to meet production targets. Resolve bottlenecks and production disruptions, uphold safety and quality standards, develop team members, and drive improvements in throughput, waste reduction, and process stability.
